  • "Sin Luces" Excited to work on this SAG Ultra Low Budget film with team behind feature film "Departure". Film follows two Mexican-American childhood at a crossroads in their lives and friendship. Shooting in Ohio September 2023.

  • "The Lives We Make" Worked with a talented duo of young filmmakers on this SAG ultra low budget project. Beautiful role highlighting the beauty of everyday people.(In Post-production)

  • "Regarding Veronica" So excited to start filming on this beautiful and timely feature film. I'll be playing Adrian along an excellent cast including Catherine Curtin ("Stranger Things", "Orange is New Black"), Alexandra Grey ("Empire", "How to get away with Murder") and Abigail Hawk ("Blue Bloods"). David Beck will be directing.   • "TORERA" Thrilled to be cast in this fantastic new work making its world premiere at the Alley Theatre in Houston, Texas. Written by Monet Hurst-Mendoza and directed by Tatiana Pandiana at the Alley Theatre in Houston. Currently in rehearsals. Previews start May 12th. Opens May 17th. 

  • FBI (CBS) Excited to have booked role on an upcoming episode of this great CBS series. Excellent experience working with a great director, Eduardo Sanchez, and with show's starts, Zeeko Zaki and Missy Peregrym. Talented and generous team. Episode airs in the new year!

  • "Sin Fondo" Just attended cast/crew screening of this rollercoaster starring the talented and super nice Manuel Masalva and Laura Carmine. directed by Victor Gallo. Film premiered Katra Film Festival in NYC July 20th.

About

Eliud is originally from Mexico's industrial capital of Monterrey, Mexico but grew up in South Texas. His nickname is Ludo. He is proud of his Mexican roots and South Texas upbringing. HIs last name came from his great grandfather who emigrated to Mexico from Germany. Eliud navigates easily between Spanish and English and thinks food is best when accompanied by a serrano pepper.

 

He is grateful to have found his  passion in life and to work at something he loves whether on stage or on a TV or film set.  His favorite projects and characters are found in stories that explore the  heartbreaks, joys and sublime beauty of the human experience, 

Eliud attended Princeton University, the first in his family to graduate college. He then completed the Acting Conservatory at T. Schreiber Studio in New York. He has had the privilege of working with Oscar winners Robert De Niro, Patricia Arquette and Julianne Moore and other respected actors like Steve Buscemi and Edgar Ramirez.

  • Anthony Quinn is one of his favorite actors because of his talent and Mexican roots. 

  • Eliud went to middle school with Selena, the Tejano singer, in Corpus Christi where they grew up.

  • In addition to acting, Eliud loves his Mexican food, habanero salsa, cycling and traveling the world with his family and his beautiful twins.
